Returns & Exchange:
We have a 2-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Products bought during sale are not accepted for returns or exchanges unless there is a wrong product delivered or lost during transit. If such a circumstance occurs, the customer will be sent a replacement of the correct order
Products bought as bundles or combos are not accepted for returns or exchanges as they are limited period combos.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As you know, all products are handmade preserving nature’s beauty intact. We put immense time and effort in collecting and choosing the materials used for creating our treasures.
However, you are free to return or exchange the product (bought during non-sale period) within 2 days since the date of delivery by sending an email to contact krishnaartstudio.com@gmail.com.
Please mention the following details in the email: order number, product title, date of purchase, and reason for return/exchange, attach receipt or proof of purchase.. Also mention the product you would like to be replaced in case of exchange. It will be helpful if you can also attach a picture of the product
If your return/ exchange is approved then we will arrange for a pickup from your doorstep and also arrange for the exchange delivery.
The to and fro delivery charges for Returns and exchanges will be borne by krishnaartstudio only under the following circumstances:
Wrong product was dispatched
Product damaged during transit
Product delivery did not occur
Different variant of product dispatched from the warehouse
Please note that, the shipping charges for returns or exchanges for any reason other than the above mentioned will be charged to the customer
